Ariels

Here is a little about a cool trick called an Ariel. An Ariel is a cartwheel with no hands. Before you try an Ariel you need to have a cartwheel and a high cartwheel.I am working on my ariel right now and I am so close.I hope you get your ariel!

Earlier today I posted about The Straight Scorpion and I added a tip about getting flexible for moves like that one. So, here are some flexibility tips.

Straight Scorpion

Here is a great video on how to do a straight scorpion. If you are very flexible, this may be easier for you and if you are not, this may be harder for you so I advise you all to work on your flexibility if you are going to try this move.
